"There is so much on here!"

Peter Furness. Dancer. Choreographer

When it comes to voice work there are many different schools of thought with regard to good practice.

There are voice teachers who launch straight into scales around the piano, and others who keep you endlessly gloriously vibrating in harmonic chant without ever telling you what note to aim for. There are voice teachers who will swear that resonance exists only in the head, and there are those that insist equally strongly that resonance is in the whole body. We have worked with all of these and more!

Whether you're into classical vocal training or whether you're into howling at the moon, here are just two of our tried and tested favourite things......

Doctor Theatre - Big Notebook

Inside this very practical book you will find some really brilliant, tried and tested theatre games, movement techniques, bodywork ideas and physical games designed to get people moving.
It is written in an informal, easy to read style with a large font so that you can sling it on the floor and still read it when you are working.. and it has lots of space in it for you to write your own notes as you work.
